30-30 scope mount

i am looking for a gunsmith in the Lawrence area to tap and thread my Winchester 30-30. the gun is post 30-30 so don't freak out. it has been used and abused in Texas and I just got it back after letting a family member use it to hunt and he messed up the rear sight and put a scope on the side. I would rather have a scout scope setup installed. I have the base and rings already, just need someone to properly do the work. any help please let me know.

What model of 30-30? If its not a top eject you mise well do it right and mount the scope to the receiver for a traditional scope mount, not a scout scope.

its a Winchester model 94. it does eject out of the top
