How long did you do the potatoes for? I've done them a few times and they never turn out real good.
The most important thing with baked/smoked taters is cook them until 210 degrees. At 350/375, this will only take about an hour. If smoking meat at 225-250 and you want taters too, they'll take 3-4 hours.

We like baked taters on the smoker, but twice baked are even better.

The complaint was they were way to smoky. I'd put them on along with whole chickens. I think I will try them on the pellet grill next time and see if that helps.

Where are you guys buying the rub in bulk like that?

The butcher shop we go to has one I really like, but 8oz is the biggest they have, would be pretty expensive to use that for a bigger cook

My local ACE Hardware sells several of the Meat Church rubs in 5LBS bags.

I can fit four 10# butts on my grill these are 17-20#’s each so I’m hoping I get do 2 at a time! We run a local youth league concessions and sell 6-8#’s a night of pulled pork!

I remember now. You cooked a bunch up just a couple months ago.
Sounds like it's a hit, any tips on how you reheat it. Cooking some today for the daughter's grad party tomorrow. Any help with the best way to reheat it is welcome. The wife was thinking crockpot.
