200 yard handgun scope

I am wanting to reach out to 200yds with a 223 pistol from a bench or bipod.Iam leaning towards burris 2x7x32mm or 3x12x32mm.Does anyone have any experience with one of these?Any other suggestions. Thanks

I shot the burris 2-7 it seemed like when you changed power the eye relief changed. look at a leupold

In 223 I might consider a rifle scope as well; my 22lr and 22 Hornet barrels have them.

I ended up with a burris 2x7x32 handgun scope.Used it today so here are my thoughts. Clarity great,eye relief excellent,magnification at 100yards was clear.Hope to see it at 150 to 200 yards soon I think it will do it.Thanks

This is my experience with the Burris as well. I'll not buy another. Leupold or Thompson Center Recoil Proof for me. Bushnell's are better than the Burris IMHO.

I tried a rifle scope on my 15" MGM and you definitely need a hand behind the shooting hand to keep from getting whacked with the .223. Might change when I get the suppressor on it.

I expected the eye relief to change because it was stated in the desription that it would.

On a hand cannon the change is not going to be a major problem. The highest mag is going to be less than the lowest so keep it low walking and high when the eye relief is not going to be an issue,

I purchased a SWIFT Premier handgun scope in 4 power some 20 years ago and on a 35 rem barrel it has held up very well.

The 7 power would be nice.

Reached out to 235yds yesterday and with some research and the ballistic lense was able to hit center mass. What a great day!!!
