Wow I am seriously impressed you do Great! Work. I ride bikes and I am a fan of old school cafe racers so I can't wait to see the finished project. Nice job on the polishing also I have polished a few side cases in my day and I couldn't imagine doing 200 hrs of polishing I would go nuts lol.

I wasn't a fan of the stripping and polising until now, since the frame is no long painted it is all coming together. Awesome build.

Clutches lets take a look here.. Worn clutches will show black or blue heat marks, plus you’ll be able to the thickness of the pads themselves.. Sorry, I know you probably already knew that.. hahaa

Here’s all of the bits and pieces associated with a clutch, again just incase anyone is curious, that is. Please note everything looks good so I’m not doing a clutch job, but if I was this was the time to do it!, you would replace the friction disks, pads and springs, torque everything down to factor specs..

Here’s all of the bits and pieces that I need to polish up during this phase, Hours of good times here people.. haahaa

I was also looking through some old boxes and found this!.. Yeah score!.. I’ve got an idea, oohhh this is going to be nice.. See team, I’m planning on hard piping in all of the wiring (more on that later), which should really look different, I like different team so remember that doing this build, anyway…, this stuff falls in nicely into the overall look / theme I’m going for.. Well that is IMO..
