Had to purchase a set of 2009 1099-Misc forms for a single 1099-Misc filing.
I purchased the set at Staples for $33. It is a 5-part set for 24 recipients with three 1096 forms. I used one 1099 set and one 1096 form. That leaves 1099-Misc forms for up to 22 recipients for possibly two separate 1096 filings.
Will sell for $20 flat. Located in Broadripple or near Meridian & 116th depending on meet-up timing.
