    I acquired a Remington 597 .22lr from an in law for doing some work around their house. It also came with 5 mags. For those that don't know, the 597 had some mag issues that were eventually resolved. Well only 2 of the 5 mags were the newer version that worked 100%. I contacted Remington on Sunday about possibly trading in the 3 older versions that were having problems. I was contacted by Pete on Monday saying no problem just send over your mailing address and serial number. Tuesday I got another email saying they had been sent out. I didn't even have to send the old ones in first! That is what I call customer service. I have no qualms owning more Remington products.
