“Active shooter” in Kendallville

So honest question. How do you think they should have handled it to end it quicker? How do they end it within, say an hour? 2 hours? Maybe 3? How long is too long?

Just want to point out, it took 12 hours to end it. It is more than apparent that law enforcement needs to get off speeding ticket duty, go back to the drawing board and train.

I live and work in Kendalltucky, lots of noise last night, and lots of stories at work today. I have no idea what the truth is yet, may never know.
From what I have read, once the initial fire fight subsided, LE focused on evacuating the complex, and keeping the suspect contained to the apartment.
I have no issue with how long it lasted, everyone was unhurt, except the shooter, as it should be.
