No it doesn't, Autism just means that their brain responds to many different things differently, My grandson is high on the spectrum, and can beat almost anyone in chess, he has several bb guns, and is a great young man. I could see him doing something like this...
At the risk of being called a denny….. I do feel I should bring some of you up to speed.
It’s become a trend to use the term autism outside of its normal medical use.
I see it a lot on other platforms. Somebody will make something cool that took many hours to complete and people will say “my autism kicked in and was able to finish said cool project.”
I don’t really like using the term like that but just figured I should inform those who don’t know.

I would spend an embarrassing amount of money for this.
The main issue with this is I believe the most lore-friendly real world caliber to that rifle would be the 9x39 round, as it is chambered in 9.3x40 (I believe, haven't played Halo 2 in a while) in game.
The calibers in the original Halo CE game are crazy.
Pistol shoots = 12.7x40 Explosive AP, closest real world equivalent would likely be a 500 AutoMax
Assault Rifle shoots = 7.62x51 AP
Shotgun shoots = 8 Gauge 3.5" Magnum Buckshot
Sniper Rifle Shoots = 14.5x114 Armor Piercing Fin Stabilized Discarding Sabot, a futuristic PTRS
