    As someone who has had these laws abused against them, I feel they should be abolished as they circumvent due process.
    And practically anybody who knows a little bit about you can lie and make up the most delusional story and get enough backing by Law Enforcement to get a Protection Order on you EX PARTE without you even knowing whats happening and boom before you know it your being pulled over for speeding and being told your going to jail for Prohibited Person carrying a Firearm.

    The Brady Law is Unconstitutional, How about we get it Repealed in Indiana Legislation.

    I'm in your camp. I have lobbied my ligicritters that if they are unwilling to repeal Indiana's, they at least need to put in place harsh and catastrophic consequences for false accusations. Including for judges which act on them.

    Fundamentally however; the problem is they are illogical. If you are so dangerous you need to have your firearms removed, you need to be removed from society so you cannot access things Even more destructive than a firearm.

    I would love to give you my opinion, but judging from the fact that most of your posts have been about getting a firearm out of evidence, I will withhold my own opinions.

    You realize people get there guns taken after self defense situations?
