IN…Mom tried to lose me again but I found ya.

Yes, Brrrrrrrrr it is cold outside. Looks much nicer than it feels for sure. 25* earlier by my thermometer. Hoping for sun and southerly type light breezes to bring some gills back to our end of the lake.

Looks like a bunch more sticks, limbs down from the latest winds. So more repeated back wrecking bending on tap.

At least most of the lawn still doesn’t need mowing but there are patches

Been tons of migrating waterfowl around lately. Several various types of diving ducks the last week. Loons have been entertaining us last couple days at our end. When they dive they are serious, they can hold their breath for a long, long time. We have had some American White Pelicans but they seem to have really zeroed in on Webster Lake. Wife’s beautician/friend has a place on an island there and told her Tuesday about how many there are. Today’s inkfreenews.com has an article with a bunch of photos. Following one is of friends place

We all complain about picking up dog poop. And I cuss all the geese poop at times. But
nothing compared to what will be left behind here when they leave
