B Hussein O was a lot more efficient when he called us "bitter-clingers."

Let's not forget "Christian-Nationalists." Now as far as I know these are folks who believe in the New Testament and love their Country (not to be confused with their government.) I guess anyone who worships government would be scared of the run of the mill Baptist or Methodist.

Conspiracy theorists? Maybe if they wouldn't keep turning out to be true. "Early adopters" is more like it in some cases. A few years ago I'd have considered it to be a conspiracy theory that .gov and banks are colluding to identify gun owners. See HB 1084.

Election deniers? Don't lump me in with the Hildebeast and the horrific Stacy Abrams. Macedonian content farms cost Hillary the election in 2016, but pointing out the 171K extra votes in Arizona, or Nevada mailing ballots to people not living in Nevada, or Alzheimers units with 100% voter turnout, or Pennsylvania making it up as they went along, or the water pipe that broke in Atlanta, or poll watchers being arrested in Detroit... makes you an election denier.

Just wait until the light bulb comes on for these DBs when they realize what percentage of the 400M privately owned firearms in this country are owned by those of us here in flyover country. Makes one wonder why they always want to disarm the law abiding.

I have lost track. Am I rural and angry? I know I am white because that is what I mark on my 4473. But everything else I am just sort of confused.
That'll be the checkbox on the form next to "in the city limits?" Maybe demographics.

If you pay federal taxes, you are finding my health, dental, and vision services and other services through Indian Health Services. Thanks for the contribution.
Maybe it's a cultural thing, but I find it odd to be proud of taking handouts from those that conqurered your people.

Speaking of conquering, is there another nation besides the US that taxes their own citizens to fund handouts to people that they conquered 150ish years ago, in the hopes that they integrate and are successful in society? My world history is a little rusty, but I'm pretty sure that most countries pushed their enemies out of their borders or simply exterminated them to the extent possible. Almost certain none of them got land, healthcare or casinos.

All of that should be taught. Tribes teach what we did to each other. Our Potawatomi were paid by the U.S. government to kill the Pawnee through a bounty system. We don't back down and try to hide the ugly bits of history. We don't teach touchy, feely crap. The man that the Pokagon Band is named after wasn't potawatomi, but a captive wearing human bones that rose within the tribe. He wasn't a slave but a replacement for lost braves and integrated into the tribe. There are over 500 tribes still existing in the U.S. and their histories should be taught, good and bad. Don't white wash any of it. Don't white wash Mexican and Hawaiian history either. Just teach the truth.
You forgot: don't REWRITE American History to suit your narrative. Tell the dirty ugly truth as it was and let's learn from it. Tearing down statues & re-writing Encylopedias ain't accomplishing nothing but stoking division.

In the MSM's view, if it doesn't happen in NYC or LA it's not important, hence the Derogatory name they use for us: "FLY OVER STATES", filled with uneducated country bumpkins clutching their "guns, Bibles & flags", ( a quote from POTUS Barry, who IMO set Race Relations back 150 years ). To me it's a Badge of Honor.

I will, I'm just following the Congresswoman from California, now in her 17th term (33rd year) Maxine Waters, who said "when you see injustice or ignorance, get up, get in peoples faces, draw a crowd & make a scene".
Hey, what you do outside the site…let your conscience be your guide. ;)

Ok since you're talking about Government Assistance, let's discuss Reparations. I have a documented Ancestor from the American Revolution & 2 from the Civil War (Union) . Because the first help to establish this Country & the other 2 fought to free the Slaves, am I entitled to Reparations??? Or was I just a fool for getting up at 3:30am & working 12 hours a day for 45 years??

Listening to the two authors of the book in that clip I have to wonder how much time they have actually spent in rural areas. Their backgrounds read like solid urban experience to me and they denounce rural people as apostates and heretics. Maybe they just denounce anybody who does not fall into lock step with their viewpoint.

I enjoy rural life and while these two authors paint a picture of rural people as being part of some fifth column, my experience is that most just want to be left alone.
I was amazed that they are trying to push them all off as being uneducated, ignorant rubes when in fact most failing schools are urban schools and lack of education can clearly be seen on college campuses everywhere.

Magyars only included European ancestry history in his post. I stand by it being a white history point of view. No matter what area of Europe they were from their history was written by whites.
So what? See, this is the main problem with society now, it really exploded with social media. Why should I, or anyone else, give two ***** about what YOU think?

Everbody thinks they just have to screech their opinions and feelings about everything, when in reality, most are just trying to live their lives and really don’t give a flying **** about whatever your issue is.

I know I personally care less and less about the struggles of the rest of the world every single time I hear someone whining about it.

I believe what we're seeing is the fruits of a century of the balkanization of America. Nearly that long ago groups stopped being American first and started being hyphenated American. We no longer share enough similarity with people down the street to consider them friends and that divisiveness is eroding society exponentially. When people drive by my house a little too slowly, I'm sometimes worse than the dog. (I promise I only bark a little) We're finally beginning to see that at the bottom levels of productive society with how little the teens and felons care about food preparation and presentation in the drive through. It's sad that it took McDonald's going south of what it already was to awaken some people enough to question what was happening.

Yes you were a fool. Obviously trying to soothe your guilty conscience over the wrongs people did generations ago. Now get back to work and pay more guilt taxes.

This is important. The distinction we're all missing is that it's important to receive other information that challenges your world view. It's also important to take stock of where that information comes from. A virulent vitriolic anti white communist, for instance, should carry less weight than a close friend you're trying to have a meaningful interaction with.

    Tl;Dr Don't feed the trolls.

I don't believe in this reasoning, for a simple purpose. What you perceive as a troll may simply be someone ignorant of the greater outside world.

Ideals should be shared and challenged, especially on a forum dedicated to political discussion. When we lose the ability to do that is when the shooting starts.
