      I don't think you need a CDL in the UK as long as you are operating it for non-commercial purposes. It'd be the lowest class of LGV (the class range goes up to 7.5T) so I believe all one would need is a full car operator license.

      I don't either and won't transport liquid fuel in a trunk or passenger compartment in anything other than a NATO jerry can. All plastic cans will eventually leach fuel, and all that I've seen have fittings that deform over time so their seals fail. Plastic cans are great for filling though...

      Generally slang is used to exclude or create the illusion of exclusivity rather than make people think, which seems opposite the stated intentions. Pithy sayings like Cooper's Four Rules stick in the head but full on slang is usually an Us vs Them tool. I get that building one's internet...

      You should doctor shop. I have watched opiates do their thing, on a low level (I am a molecular physicist), and stand back amazed. They are amazingly evolved and if we could make better we would, but we can't so far. We can deliver it faster and more efficiently but we can do no better.
