The Falcon scope arrived late yesterday. Have it mounted on my Savage Rifle. Going to take it the range on Monday. Everything is good on this end. Love the FFP concept. I will see how it does in the field. I read that you build ARs. I do too. Have you ever used a 1-4 short dot scope on any of your AR rifles? I use an Aimpoint ML2s in a Larue mount on my Colt 6940. Eyes are getting older and thinking about a Burris XTS 1-4. Wanted to know your thoughts.

I was at RAF Bentwaters from 1990-1992. What a small world! I loved that base. They closed it in 1993. There is a website devoted to it. I have found others I served with on the website. What was your primary job in the USAF? I worked the main gate and patrolled the both the tech site and the Domestic site. I have so many fond memories of the place. I left there 17 years ago and once every couple of weeks I dream I am back in the Air Force and in about half of them I am back at Bentwaters. I bet I could send you a couple of pictures that would bring back a ton of memories. I left the service in 1993, and I am a nurse now.
