      I agree with you on if they knew it’s malicious. It surprised me when the prosecution hinted at email compressing the video automatically without notification, which is why I tested it. I use Gmail on PC regularly and the iPhone behavior is completely different than the behavior on PC/Android...

      Juror 54 is also one of the few jurors without any firearm experience/ownership. Call me crazy, but she also just asked to take jury instructions home. Making me think she may be a bit of a stealth juror who snuck her way in with a purpose.

      I just did some testing on my iPhone 13 Max. When sending via the Gmail app for iPhone (which Kraus said he used Gmail on an iPhone) it auto compressed the 59.4MB video to 15.3MB and renames it IMG_XXXX.MOV.       I have been watching on and off, but haven’t seen anything about the jury (box?) area. I just know it’s over on that side of the room. That was my initial impression was point at, or close to jury to try and draw a fear response type of reaction.

      We had to file paper because the E-File wouldn’t go through for us. Tax Return mailed on 02/21/2021 and just showing as received (finally) as of 04/27/2021.
