Recovering from the WuFlu and getting the house ready for Turkey Day

My daughter said she wants a kitten.

Usually I cook turkey, but whatever she wants is good with me.

My smoker sucks so I'm just on the weber gas with a smoke tube rolling with Pellets for smoke

Beef stew is good, but the meat I think got over cooked.

I have no burner on my stove that will allow me to simmer. They all boil everything.

Not as good as that acteon post steak dinner cause now there is a mess in the kitchen to clean up.

And many many nintendo switch games that I can haggle them down to $5 each on.

Kokomo has this wonderful balance of people addicted to drugs eager for their next fix and those that make way more than they should at the plants here. People buy some cool ****, and then pawn it during layoffs.

I try to never buy something unless I can get a good enough deal that I can double my money on it in a trade or sale.

Pot roast here for dinner and as far as the clean-up goes, I make the mess and kid or wife cleans it up

Why rake?

Just use the lawn mower and mulch it all down. Go slow and steady and let the machine do all the work.

jedi did that yesterday and bye bye leaves. Had to go over a few areas twice to get the "leaves" into a nice fine mess. No more leaves now snd thr grass looks nice with a sprinkle of brown stuff here and there.

Best of all the lawn mover is now empty of gas so ready for storage as well. Next year new blade, new spark plug, air filter and oil.

If there's too much leaves, such as at my back yard, the lawn doesn't get sun, and then turns into a big mud pile.

It was today's exercise. Needed to put away/rotate things like the rain barrel such sitting in the 3rd bay of the garage in my way. Plus, I have a massage on Tuesday.

I make a really mean beef stew in the crockpot. Probably too bland for most people.
