Not a discussion thread…more of a venting thread. Lol.

When I see these things, it drives me nuts…well, more nuts.

Flashlights that extend past the barrel.
Rear iron sight in front of an optic.

    You?

The following are true occurrences, followed by an expletive enriched harangue on the topic of: "Are You Stupid, or What?"

    1. As opposed to getting a sight picture, decides it's alright to just walk it in.
    2. Buying, installing then being "proud" of cheap Chineseum parts that are "just as good" as (insert name brand here).
    3. Not bringing their own targets, using mine, then putting random holes in every one of them.
    4. Transporting long guns without being cased.
    5. Bringing me a rifle to fix (probably because you transport caseless), handing it to me with rounds loaded.
    6. Laying your oily, carbon fouled gun on my couch.
    7. Expecting me to provide refreshments for your day at my range.
    8. Leaving your trash, litter at my range, laying wherever it happens to fall.
    9. Staying far too long.

I will concede that maybe I am being overly critical. That being said, I make absolutely no apologies.
Find somewhere else to shoot. Win - Win.

we're all guilty of this, but ...

those who explain and justify every purchase by acquiring it for significant discount. dudes enjoy getting a 'good deal' more than the gun itself sometimes. then they shake their head when you pay a fair price... lol

Needing a “reason” for a particular gun or accessory. I don’t have to justify crap to any politician, and I shouldn’t have to justify it to fellow enthusiasts.
Sometimes I want what I want and I have what I have.

Also, stop pretending your better than anyone because your way is better than xyz. We get it you’re tacticool or old school. Wood and steel vs fantastic plastic. Get over yourselves. Love what you love and get on with it.

Also, I need a private range.

It's all Ar's, Glocks and plastic guns. (Says the man with a Glock for trade) I miss the beautiful stainless with wood griped guns from when I was a growin up. That and of course, the affordable prices of old
