And I wouldn't presume that what I do or do not notice dictates what any other person will or will not notice. Therein lies the difference.
Then how is a problem that I said “who cares?” Do I have to acknowledge those who are sensitive to it? I’m not requiring that you acknowledge that I’m not. Sounds more like a personal preference to me than any kind of medical emergency.

It’s almost 8pm and it’s still light out. Isn’t that awesome! Cloudy, overcast, and chilly. But still light. Summer’s gonna be awesome. But then in the fall they’ll **** it all up again and we’ll have to flip clocks.

Of course it does. And I never said "medical emergency". Straw man, much?

    Changing the clocks sucks.

No. Obviously it’s intentional hyperbole to make the point.
Reductio ad absurdum doesn't change that logical fallacy is being employed. In fact, it further demonstrates your dismissiveness toward those with whom you disagree on this particular matter. And it still constitutes a straw man.

Same here. A one hour clock change does not seem to require anything to adjust for me. (other than the clocks)
Was laughing in the truck yesterday as I literally pushed one button, a single time, to move it forward one hour. I broke into a sweat on that one. There is nothing I own that is remotely difficult to change the time on. The only thing that comes to mind are the digital timers and years ago I set them so they work year round without changing.

I think the health angle of sleep rhythm is overstated.

Science has shown that not giving a **** about trivial matters improves health infinitesimally. Everyone is allotted a finite number of ****s they can give in a lifetime. Spend them wisely.
I think some people are more sensitive to it than others.
