I've been wanting someone to release a magazine fed short stroke standard handgun caliber (9mm/45ACP) lever gun for quite a while. I didn't quite know what that would look like, but now I do...

I don't know why it has a brake and I'm not thrilled about the POF style end of the hand-guard, but otherwise it is an abomination that I'm completely interested in adding to my safe.

I'm torn. Part of me wants this because it's different, interesting, and probably really fun to shoot. The other part of me thinks it's an unholy combination of a useless AR (no semi-auto functionality) and a soulless lever gun (no wood).

I think it's icky. I like the idea of a mag-fed lever action, but it needs more John Wayne and less Terminator.

I'm a lever-lover from decades past.
No wood and a "tacticool" look, are both detractions in my book.
Still, a lever action in .45acp will likely find a way into my collection.

Sorta reminds me of a fellow who used to be employed where I am. I would say he worked there, but I never saw that. His own brother said he could tear up an anvil with a rubber mallet. This'd be the rifle for him.

I'd be more interested in a 5.56x45mm using AR-15 magazines and say a $1200 or less price range.

Like the concept, not so much the execution, and I can't handle the price. I kinda doubt this is going to turn into a commercial success for them, which is a shame as I'd love to see more interesting lever-action offerings.

I still think Henry should make a lever action in 9mm, 45 and 10mm. Standard tube fed will be just fine. Think of the capacity! What was the old saying? "Load in the morning, shoot all day" ??

I can appreciate this concept as trying to be innovative, that being said, this also hurts my soul. Very interesting concept. Maybe it'll grow on me, maybe it won't, but gotta applaud them for trying something new.
