She has been a civil servant since what 1981,
Why is the Archbishop speaking up now?
I can't speak to the past, but having a boss in Rome who views withholding sacraments from those who publicly and unapologetically support infanticide, in direct conflict with the rules of the religion as "playing politics" can't be easy. In a world full of feckless leaders, we Americans have Biden, and Roman Catholics have Marxist Francis.

Still waiting for the ecumenical ban hammer to zap the "Catholic " president.
Already swung. At least in SC.

But speaking of feckless leaders. What a p***y

"He ("obiden") has also said he would seek to eliminate the Hyde Amendment, the federal law that bars federal dollars from being used to pay for abortions, except in the cases of rape, incest or when the life of the mother is in jeopardy. "

Centralizers teuly believe there is no limit to their force.

Go **** yourself, obiden, all the way to Hell.

Hmm not just the Pope people!

IMO all church’s seem to be a magnet for evil people.

All non religious people are evil. You gotta have God to be a good person.

(see, two can play that game)

    See post 16.

I would not say "all"; but of course the definition of "church" is often confused with denomonation and/or organized religion.

Indiana has a well known example:

The Jim Jones matter is yet another with Indiana ties.

Jim Jones actually interviewed with my dad for a job with the Marion County Health Department. Dad didn't hire him because he thought he seemed "fake". Dad also knew Tony Kiritsis from dealing with him for blocking trash pickup from a trailer park that he owned (Kiritsis). In fact, when Tony was on his way to his trial in the city-county building, Dad happened to be on the elevator too and Tony reached up and tapped him on the back to say "hi."

These rules of The Religion you speak of, would that be.
The seven sacraments—Baptism, Confirmation, Holy Communion, Confession, Marriage, Holy Orders, and the Anointing of the Sick—are the life of the Catholic Church. All of the sacraments were instituted by Christ Himself, and each is an outward sign of an inward grace.

    I dont see abortion listed?

    Perhaps under canon law?

So apparently molesting altar boys is ok, killing them before they are kids is not. Got it. I guess they dont want her to take away their supply of sex toys? :dunno: :stickpoke:

(sorry, couldnt resist. Especially after the decades of molestation while saying nothing about the democrat support for abortion)
abortion cuts down on the pool. Of eligible alter boys…
