According to the Whitestown Metropolitan Police Department, Williams was driving 80mph in a 55mph zone.

Police detected an odor of marijuana from the vehicle. Police then conducted a probable cause vehicle search.

possession of an automatic weapon, possession and dealing of marijuana, and possession of firearms without a license, according to WMPD.

WIBC reported it was the drop-in thingy that makes a Glock full auto. Less than 2 pounds of weed? Probably personal use. It wasn't Willie Nelson or Tommy Chong? Never mind.

Pro tip: don't do 80 in a 55 when you've got 2 pounds of weed and drop in thingies that make a semi auto handgun a machine gun.

Tagging for details on the “automatic” weapon. (I’m betting it’s not.)

It was WIBC's reporting of the "technology to make a Glock handgun fully automatic," in the vehicle that got my attention.

Wonder what would happen if you ended up in a fender bender with this guy?

Wonder what his rap sheet looks like?

Would you guess this guy picked up a pistol or two to take back to Chi-town, like Lightfoot says always happens?

Yep, just like “drum rolls”. That’s what all the gangsters called drum magazines when I worked at the range. None of them could ever figure out how to load a drum mag, but we had quite a few thugs coming in with them.

I can’t imagine the average thug being able to figure out the glock drop in thingy.

Well if they aren't smart enough not to tailgate at 80 in a 55 mph zone, they probably aren't smart enough to install the Drop in Thingy.

I may or may not have a "drum roll" for my 1911...

I will say that IWB carry is right out of the question.

Edit: Damn! Now I see the reason for the baggy britches. You've got to leave room for your "drum roll"! If you're carrying IWB, then they stay up above the back of your calves.
