Well, at this point, I am about split between thinking the Governor will veto HEA1296 and just letting it become law on it's own.

I thought sure he would sign it into law late Friday.
    Obviously I was wrong.
This gives me less faith that he may just let it pass.
If he intended to sign it, he would have done so by now.

    Our Governor sucks.

Well, we know he doesn’t have grapefruits. So now, the question becomes raisins, or neutered?

Ahem...the Indiana GOP needs to wake up.

“In an environment where there are very safe seats, you get candidates who, with an issue like gun control, try to outextreme the other candidate,” he said”

I’d direct his attention to the AOC’s of the country. Fortunately with constitutional carry, the extremism is in the direction of liberty.

So, how are you guys holding up? Anybody else here as antsy, pissed off, impatient, and wound up as I am upon seeing HEA1296 sit in limbo over this weekend? One would think, in this state, that it would be a signature the day it landed on his desk.

Pretty much exactly as I expected. I just hope I'm right on the end game.

Wife said he'd veto. I said it'd sit without signature and become law

I felt that way until about 8 PM on Friday. Now I am just waiting to see what he does. If he vetoes, I do think there's a pretty good chance of it being overridden. Nothing to do now except write, call, and wait.

They are literally against individual freedoms.

Ive seen horses react negatively to scummy people before...

When neither the dog, nor the horse, like someone it is often [but not always] a good indicator.
I didn't know there was a two-pronged test in the metaphor. That changes everything.

More seriously... we, as good level-headed folks, should be patient to hold people for their individual actions and not just *often* correct since our entire justice system is supposed to be set up for those in the not-often class. I mean, do you want to **** Holcomb's driver? His housekeeper? Or just the horse?

Edit: Being up in Ft. Wayne area, are you writing your people to tell them to not be pieces of trash?

    According to this, it`s veto-proof?
