He is decent but he has never impressed me with his ability to do anything outside of the pocket

The problem isn`t at quarterback. This team is uninspired, unmotivated, and poorly prepared and coached. They have the physical talent, but no leadership at the coaching level.

I disagree. He makes too many rookie mistakes and unless there is a lane to drive a truck through can't get out of the pocket. He is decent but not good. The O line is still lacking too. Part of his job as QB and Captain is to inspire and motivate his guys. He doesn't do that.
Only real coaching problem I see is being too predictable

Edit- A coach can only do so much to motivate a team. Players motivate players
