Been lusting for one (or four) of these after shooting TTs at an FGE. Just an awesome scope.

I just instructed Midway USA to "notify me" when one comes back in stock. For me, I'm leaning towards the 'Green Chevron' reticle. They don't expect them back-in-stock until March .... which is probably acceptable to my bank account !.

Allegedly an LOI has already been signed.

CZ must have money to burn cause Colt sure seems like a “fixer upper” buy.

Colt and Remington. Would be great to see them return to their old glory.

Dang you, Bandit ..... they outta' take a rope and hang ya !
They have one with a green reticle available at Midway right now !
But I can't jump on it right now .... the credit card has already taken too many big hits with Christmas (my new lens too !). I'm gonna have to put this on the back-burner for a little while.

I have a decent red dot that I can put on it immediately, just to tide me over !

I don't know. People looking to buy first firearms often go for the classic names, whether or not their mental image of that brand is accurate. So, people who don't take the time to look at their products will buy based on the name, and the people who do know CZ will be excited (even if a bit skeptical) to try them out under good leadership. Hard to blame CZ for wanting to take advantage of that old name recognition.

Dealing with the real votes is bad enough, but manufactured votes is another thing. The fact that they will not attempt to look into it is proof they know what they are going to find ...IMO.

Yeah, I was learning about them as a revolver brand (and respected at that), so to see their main thing be fine 1911s was a little surprising.

Just PM'd you my details. I'm not sure if I'll be in IN for more than 18 months, but I'd at least like the opportunity to feel bad about not being social in the meantime.
