    Yeah it should.
I don't get a grrn light. I'm probably on the Illuminati's list too.

Oh. I just saw the green dot appear over the diskette icon. Okay. Hopefully the zenforo feature works better than the old forum. Vbulletin's was not reliable.

But, when I delete the draft, I kinda think it should kill the text in the post as well. I think I might experiment a bit with that.
You would think so, but I haven't gotten it to. If you delete the draft and then click on a Reply button, your text does go away when it opens the new reply window

Thank you all for the hard work figuring all this stuff out!

I'm gonna have to reread this thread a few times as the site becomes more familiar.

I gotta say I really really like the direct picture posting from the phone.
Holy crap. I'm not going to know what to do now that you have an avatar.

Seems to me a nice cancel button next to the post reply button would be a good addition. So the cancel button would clear the textbox and delete the draft. It looks like all we have is a "delete draft" button which isn't the same thing as cancel.

    I agree.
I just switched to the kids new kindle, which has Silk Browser and some of the icons are now operable including emojis and draft delete

I couldn't stand seeing the giant "B" that was assigned to me.

I'd still MUCH prefer to run without an avatar at all. Besides the fact that the avatar's size force the posts to have a lot of empty space, I think that they are a distraction from the discussion. Even interesting avatars get really old really fast. They are just in the way.

I've been running Chrome at 80% zoom. Wondering if I'm missing a setting that will make this site slightly smaller without every other site smaller too?

Ok, I'm mistaken. The 80% only applies to the page I'm on. And apparently chrome knows to shrink the site every time.

    So I guess I've discovered a tip!

Here's an idea. Create an image that has the same background color as the forum with no foreground, and then upload that. It should appear as if you have no avatar.

I like the feature of being able to tag members in a post.

My biggest annoyance right now is that it takes two clicks to mark forums as read. One on the Mark Read button and another to confirm. It's not like I'm trying to delete my hard drive. I'm just marking things as read so I can start fresh next time. I don't think I need to confirm it every time.

You can bookmark individual posts. This could be useful for saving a link to anything you want to reference quickly. The book marks are accessed by tapping in your avatar at the top of the page.
So JettaKnight doesn't have to type Rutabaga in the posts he wants to be able to find later? That should make him very happy. :D

That was one of my peeves about the old forum, some things were overprotected and other things underprotected. On the old forum, on the userCP's list of new posts to subscribed threads, they make the little icon to read the first unread post was really tiny, but the link to unsubscribe was comparatively large and too close to the little dinky icon. I can't count how many times I've accidentally unsubscribed to a thread. And without confirmation. But if you wanted to subscribe? 3 clicks. Because it would infinitely more horrible if we accidentally subscribed to a thread compared with unsubscribing.
