I didn't think to make copies (or even a scan) of mine when I got it. I'm just going to have to suck it up and pay for an additional copy from the ISP. I sure wouldn't mind keeping a copy in my car with my other documents.

I hadn't even thought about making copies before the laminating, I guess I feel sort of dumb now...

Techres, as far as the Bloomington boy. You gotta remember schools out. All that is left in town this time of year are the good old boys and good old girls ;-)

If the lamination isn't too bad, someone who knows what they are doing should be able to make copies off of it.

I used to work at a copy center when I got my last LTCH. I had the equipment, materials, and know how to make a dozen or so perfect laminated duplicates for free. That is no longer the case though, so kinko's might have to do it for me when I get my lifetime here soon (waiting for my current 4 year one to come up on renewal time).

I guess I'm going to have to go through the shelves full of paper we have and see If I've got any pink stuff.

If not, there's a kinko's down the road I suppose I can visit.

I must have missed that conversation, why make copies? In case you lose your permit?

That's definately one of the reasons. I figure it has to last me the rest of my life, so I don't want to depend on one single piece of paper.

Also, as your license states, you MUST possess the license while you are carrying your weapon. So yesterday I put one in each car, one in my wallet, and one in my range bag. I put the original in the safe. I will also be putting one off-site in my parent's safe, just as extra insurance. Backup your backups kinda thing.

Spoke with an employee at Kinkos located at 530 E. Carmel Dr. who said that all of the Kinkos will copy Indiana LTCH permits, no problem

Not the case at the Kinkos at 96th street, when I went in a few months ago to get copies done the employee and supervisor both said that it was policy NOT to make copies and they could only laminate. :xmad:

Ok, so I did not think of making copies, and then I did something even worse. I ran mine over right away and had it laminated, then as I sat there admiring it.... I noticed that I was supposed to sign it...... :xmad: :lmfao:

I signed it with a permanent marker, though it wears off every so often. Thank god I'm up for renewal in a month or so, I can get lifetime, copies, signatures, and lamination done it that order this time!

Four pages of talk, talk, talk and no one has addressed the most important issue:

    Was "Molly" hot or not?

I was going to ask that a couple hours ago, but nooooo I took the high road for once. Damn you Rhino....... :wavey:
