Yea, too many left over... The thing is I don't own any guns besides a 9mm. So i think im going to use the excuse to get guns that take all the calibers left over so i don't waste any ammo.
    ...

    Didn't know that.
Well, there's always NWI INGO Meet & Shoots. I think I had most of what's on your list. Your welcome to shoot them.

    I loved that video!
The story arc was beautifully paced. The character development superb. I was taken away by it. I laughed I cried, it became a part of me. And at the end of the evening I was still tapping my foot to the soundtrack. ;)

It looks like you guys had a great, and safe day.
And for the Uzibutton incredible photography

    Thanks for sharing.

When did Uzi have time to take all these incredible photos? :yesway:

It seemed he was always busy by his table helping us shooters.

It was super busy both days. Taking pictures, taking video, loading mags, cleaning guns, reconfiguring AR15 calibers, replacing broken parts, answering various questions about gear, and informing people how to shoot various guns. Luckily, Dan was there to help. Initially, I had the intention of having Dan run the line by himself, which would free me to take pictures but running the line kept BOTH of us busy. I did get a few pictures taken on Saturday but unfortunately, zero pictures taken on Sunday.

On a side note, wearing all the tactical gear is VERY useful, saves a ton of time, and reduces the probability of me forgetting critical equipment. There is a video camera mounted on my helmet so I can take video instantly without searching for it. I have pouches on my belt for camera batteries and memory cards to keep it running at all times. A flashlight for checking for clear chambers and a multi-tool for resolving most gun related problems. Furthermore, extra mags to keep the rifle and pistol fed, and two separate med kits (IFAK and bleeder).

Uzi was kind enough to send me some files from this weekend. I'm going to print them in large format and hang them as wall art in the new shop. Unfortunately, every time he posts a new batch, my want list of files grows.

Andrew, if you want me to sign a release, just let me know. I'm sure we can negotiate.

And I might as well confess it here for all to read ...

The NFA Noob Day ploy worked. I called Andrew to buy a suppressor for a .22LR (the "gateway drug to NFA") and, after a brief chat, ended up contacting an attorney to set up an NFA trust. The snowball is rolling downhill and picking up speed ...

Let me know when you want to bring it over to shoot at my folks' place. I've got a 10/22 with a threaded barrel, and my father has a GSG 1911 .22LR with a threaded barrel as well.
    =)
I will definitely be getting into the addiction in the future when I can!

Andrew told us the story of the noob who was somewhat impatient, so he jumped in with both feet and started buying NFA stuff every 3 months -- that way, once the first 6-9 months had passed, it was like Christmas every 3 months for him. I think that sounds like a plan ... :rockwoot:

What's next, the machine gun stuff? =)

Nah, I'm po folk. The way I see it, I'll order a Gateway Drug from Andrew first ... then maybe one for 9mm ... after that, probably an AR pistol and register the lower in anticipation of making it an SBR. Then, naturally, a suppressor for that. ;)

I'm sure Andrew will be more than happy to continue to feed my habit and gain a loyal customer in the process. Right, Andrew? LOL

I should have bought that Guardian .22 suppressor while I was there. Now it'll be months/years before I'm able to get into it.
