If I get one, it'll be small. Probably equally spent on school loans and some thrown into the "ring" fund for my gf. I'd really like an upper to finish off an AR project....

Before i was married, I claimed two exemptions and still ended up with a small refund every year - but about as close to $0 as I could get.

Now that we're married, both claiming one exemption, and we owe, owe, owe, owe.

    Thanks, new wife.

I just finished paying off a ring. It costs more than you would think, since from that point on it is no longer "your" money it is "our" money. My biggest advice, separate finances. I have my money, she has her money, and a little bit is "our money".

Aren't those of you that took the first $600 stimulus supposed to pay it back this year?

I think that is a novel idea! I didnt get :poop:!

:yesway: I know a few people that are getting their LTCH (License to Carry Handguns, it is a license, not a permit). It is the best $125 you can spend.

I'm hoping I can get a pizza with my refund. I usually don't get much... or I might owe a pizza or two worth.

Assuming I get audited again like I do every year... (NEVER break an IRS investigators' daughters' heart. After we broke up not a year has gone by I havn't been audited) I figure ill pick up another few supressors, and pay my accountant the rest to do my business books. Starting a LLC and tax law makes my head spin.

I always end up paying lately.... which is fine because I don't like the idea of them getting an interest-free loan from me on top of the involuntary "contributions" they already take away from me.
