I hate wearing watches. I've got pretty big hands and wrists so if I get a rubber or leather band it isn't long enough and when I get a linked band I have to add a couple links.

I did when I was in the Military, but I have not for a long time. I need to pick another one up. Some of the classrooms at school do not have clocks.

You shouldn't be watching the clock. Only one of the classes I'm in has a clock and it is a class I'm taking off campus.

I wore my Rolex GMT 24/7 until I had a heart attack and open heart surgery 1.5yrs ago. Haven't worn it since. Not sure why but after being in the hospital 10 days w/o it I just never put it back on. I have a nice Seiko I've tried to wear a couple times but never could get used to it. So no, I don't wear a watch anymore. No cell phone either. :dunno:

    Eco-Drive Titanium everyday

:+1: I have an eco-drive as well. Citizen makes awesome watches! Plus, never having to worry about a battery is nice.

I was looking at one for pilots, can't remember the name but the watch was called emergency. It has a button on it that send out a distress signal over w/e frequency. If you as a civilian buys one you have to sign a waiver saying if you accidentily push the button you are responsible for all costs incurred during rescuing.

I have a few fossils, a breitling, and a timex expedition (i forget what model). I used to wear my watch face on the inside of my right wrist, but after having to replace the crystal on the breitling and on a lucky brand watch I had I don't really wear a watch anymore.

When I do, I still usually wear it in the same place, though. Old habits die hard I suppose.

I actually would like to wear a watch. Every time I try, it just gets torn up. I work on machines for a living so they get scratched up. I can't make myself spend the money for a good watch just to tear it up.

I would be willing to take that Rolex off your hands...it shouldn't just be sitting around gathering dust. Oh yeah, I wear a watch every day..and own way too many of them!
