I take Glock bashing as personal as I take negative comments about Toyotas.

I carry one, and I drive one. Oh well. :dunno:

We all "bash" something. And probably for silly reasons.

I'm glad we have differing opinions here on INGO. (as long as they're discussed in a civil fashion) If we all liked Glocks. . .well. . . we'd be GlockTalk. . .

I'm over all the stupid superficial bickering here on INGO; with that said...

If everyone is thinking alike, then someone isn't thinking......

I never liked Glocks i thought they was "ugly and blocky" and i had no experience with one. But at tax time i went and bought a Gen3 G23 and for the most part really like it. I am not the best shot with it but i have not shot it much either. There is several guns i do not like but other people do and they have that choice.

I'll bite......Glocks are not my favorite guns, but they are my favorite in a combat type setting IE: an actual gunfight. I own 2 Glocks and carry a third on duty that is issued to me, for now anyway. We are switching back to Sig's soon.

I'm tired of seeing 'who like's Glocks?' and then 'xd vs. Glock' and then there is 'Should I get an Xd OR a Glock?' or 'VX PORN, Glock PORN'

sigh.... I usually join in with playfully annoying offtopic humor now; as I've seen all the responses and usual escalation that goes with the threads as well.....

Ok, I guess it is my turn. My first handgun was an xd9 4in and then I purchased a g26 from a friend. I like both guns equally well. I ended up selling the g26 only because I felt I did not need the subcompact gun and the close friend who bought the g26 is a state leo who really wanted a back up weapon. Would I own another glock.....yes! Will I purchase another xd in addition to the one I have.....yes!
