I find photos of their governor offensive, and have you seen their legislature? Yuck!

We should all send the state gov a list of subject we might find offensive, so they can go ahead and clean up all state websites. I'd hate for them to violate their own law!

I assume this will get struck down pretty quickly?

Fortunately the constitution-abiding Peace Officers in Tennessee will refuse to enforce it.

So we are safe when the courts and congress turn tyrannical.

Per the article is said that the ban on distressing images was signed by Gov. Bill Haslam last week. So I think it did become law.

Just remember. This bill was crafted by a dem and signed into law by a rep. It's a bi-partisan bill and just shows what lengths both sides of the Boot On Your Neck Party will go to in order to impose their will on people. Two sides. Same coin.
