    A geographical oddity
This is not the way to keep his woman in the kitchen. -1 for him.

"Sandy wasn't charged because he had a proper concealed weapons permit"

Are they suggesting that if he did not have a CCW, then he shouldn't have had the gun in his own house, thus causing him to be charged?

Why would you store anything in an oven, much less a firearm magazine

Dude, you simply HAVE to read more meth house police reports.

Same reason they keep trash in their sinks (trash cans are full).

They store crap in the oven as other places are full.

    Wait wait wait.....

SOMETHING is missing here. I don't know what, but something.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the oven door HAD to be open for her to get hit.....based on the videos I've seen, just the round popping off in the oven isn't going to generate enough force to break through the glass on the oven door.

    Something smells fishy.

And wtf.....waffles don't belong in the oven.

Waffle maker -> Plate -> Stomach

The article I just read explained it correctly, stating that the rounds exploded and she was hurt by shrapnel.

Guessing she had just opened the oven door when the round cooked off (cooked off :D :D :D :D :D ) her timing just sucked.

    I questioned that. too.

I also don't see how the woman "was shot" under the scenario. But yeah, who is seriously dumb enough to actually think "Hey, I know.... stash the LOADED mag in the OVEN! :rockwoot: Who'd look there!?"

Maybe there's a case for 'wreckless endangerment' (in Florida).... BUT I PERSONALLY DON'T THINK SO.

Too bad they can't charge you with "stupid, in possession of a firearm"....

I read this story to my wife. The first thing she asked wasn't about his placement of the Magazine but why he only had 4 rounds in a 13 round Magazine. Kind of made me proud!

OK, OK....... I have talked to somebody 'in-the-know'. You know, somebody who KNOWS somebody who KNOWS somebody..... and here's how it went down.

Chick was high as a kite and wanted some Tater Tots. Couldn't remember how to operate the "push & turn" button for the oven. GRABS the dude's pistola, and starts firing away at the appliances.
    :shoot:
Since she's already on PRO, he says "I had a, you know.... a 'clip' in 'dere. But jus' wiff four rounds." And since HE. DOES. HAVE. HIS. LTCH..... he and chicky are free to be.... whatever. :whip:
