    Saw one at 96th & Allisonville today; he had a cardboard sign, we figured he was down on his luck or it would say "remember the death star or something, but it just said "have a great day" and he was waving.

    Told someone they need to look up the definition of "brandishing".
    So now I'm being told I don't have the Authority or the Experience, but HE does.

    It sounds like they are going to milk that 4 year exemption from the state's preemption law for all that's in it.
