WTS - Romanian MkII AK-74 5.45x39 - REDUCED!
SOLD TO Calvin PENDING FUNDS
Romanian MkII AK-74 5.45x39, Late 1990s Intrac import
Currently configured as a near-clone of the AIMS-74 (current Romy infantry rifle), featuring:
• Romanian barreled action with magwell dimples (this is NOT a WASR), upturned bolt handle, and chrome-lined bore
• Pushbutton side-folding stock (not the more common lever style)
• Correct laminated pistol grip lower HG and hard-to-find bakelite upper HG
• Correct bright green Romanian web sling
• Permanently attached AK-74 compensator (this is an AWB-era rifle)
Also features:
• MOJO windage/elevation adjustable rear aperture sight
• Red Star Arms adjustable trigger pack
• Bulgarian strap-on rubber buttpad
• Blackjack recoil buffer
The gun is pictured above with a Romanian steel 45rd magazine; this will NOT be included, but I will substitute a Bulgarian 30rd polymer mag.
I bought this gun new in 2002. It has been well taken care of, but does show some finish wear from normal use (the Romanian finish wasn't the best to begin with). I have never fired corrosive ammo through it. In the interest of full disclosure, the lower HG was bought minus the leaf spring that locks it into place; I improvised my own using a piece of wire and it is quite secure, just not "factory".
Was $750.00 now $700.00 F2F in the Indy area. Otherwise, add $35 shipping and insurance to your FFL.
First "I'll take it" posted here gets it. Would consider a Kahr P380, Kahr T9 or 3rd Gen Glock 19 or 34 as a partial trade.
Thanks for looking!
