WTS AR15 Starter kit

I have a new DPMS Low Pro upper reciever. The low Pro doesn't have a dust cover or forward assist. However It does have thicker sidewalls, ideal for heavier barrels plus the J-Tac Rifle length Handgaurd the receiver cost me $85.00 and the handgaurd cost $150.00. Both are new and I will not seperate handgaurd and reciever.
The handgaurd has all kinds of acessories avalible.

This is not what I think of as a CQB upper but is better for a higher end rifle with longer barrel.
