Worst part of our health system?

A lot depends on your job. I pay $25 per office visit, $0 for hospital and surgeries, and $6 for prescriptions. $0 out of my paycheck.

I think the out of pockets penalize the working class the hardest and I’m lucky that I don’t have any health issues because I sympathize with that. But from a numbers standpoint if your taxes are let’s say 80% in Europe and 35% here and here you have the choice to get treated with 500 cancer drugs versus 5, then my vote would still stay here.

Yes if I don’t have these insane copays. If 35% or more of my check is going to the irs and I’m not even wealthy. I’m “middle class” whatever that means. But if I could have Zero copays how could you not be.

If they can get abortions at age 7 without an id then im sure they can circumvent that issue. And they do by going to the ED for an ear infection. For free. Congesting the more critical injuries waiting to be checked out/triaged.

I just got a medical bill and insurance paid so little it’s comical. I’m getting so fed up with health insurance and our health system. I can’t afford to go to the doctor! I’m nearly retired, never stolen anything, worked my a$$ off and just curious if anyone else has these issues? Or what they view the worst part of our current system.

Yes, I think it would have to be cheaper if we didn’t have to subsidize the government salaries, and illegal immigrants not contributing.
