Does anyone remember what this ammo was going for BEFORE the panic? What was reasonable a couple of years ago? I never bought it, but I want to get some now - got a rifle that loves it.

    Around 4.50 a box in bulk. $ 5.50/6.00 otherwise.

champion shooters supply is currently $535.00 per case. $5.80 single box.. For Wolf match target or Sk standard plus. When they have it in stock. Like everything else it sells fairly quickly.

Keep an eye out for Sk magazine. 500 rounds packaged in what looks like a potato sticks can. Grafs had them for around $45.00. A lesser grade of the same ammo but shoots almost as good.

525 for $20,I doubt it was Wolf Match. Lovely ammo. I can't find it anywhere. Word on the street is that Aguila Super-Extra 40 grain standard velocity is the same ammo as Wolf Match, and that SK rifle match is Wolf Match Extra.

Back in the day it was $50 - $65 for a 500rd brick of wolf match. Nobody ever bought wolf match for $20 per brick, that's got to a mistake where they were thinking of federal bulk or something similar.

I just went to Champion shooters website (never been there before) and they have the Match Extra for $750 per 5,000 or $8.2 per 50 rounds. $82 per 500 round brick sounds like a lot, but if you're going to cycle the ammo in a bolt action and use it for long precision shooting it's really not that bad.

While I don't think that's a bad price in these times for the Match Extra, I'll still hold off on buying some more right now. The 22lr ammo I miss the most is the tracer stuff. That stuff is just awesome!

Can't say specifically - but anything "match" was typically starting at around $50/brick pre-panic.

I have most of a brick of Aguila "Golden Eagle" natch pistol that was either $42 or $48 from a big .22LR vendor at the Indy1500. (Turns out my firearms don't shoot it as well as some less expensive stuff...)

The super high-dollar ELEY (etc) stuff was approaching double that.
