What twist are you running with your can?
    Your barrel length?
    What's your Ammo? (subsonic)

    Decisions for my SBR build.
Getting ready to place an order.

    Thanks for your help, Ed

I went the lazy route and just bought a gemtech talon upper. Designed to be suppressed so it was pretty damn easy, and with a barrel length of 7.5 its pretty damn small. As to the subsonics a friend of mine makes some for me in exchange for some time shooting the gun :D

I have heard good things about the Winchester Ranger-T 147 for subsonic loads though.

I have a 10.5" Douglas bbl on my RRA 9mm AR 15 SBR. I will check with the person I bought it from for twist. I have Fiocchi 158 gr that I bought
at the Indy gun show several years ago. Just got a case of Win 147 FMJ
that I have not tried yet. And I load my own 9mm rnds. 124/147 gr Berrys
bullets with 3 grns of Tite Group. Work great . Found out my twist is 1-15

Mine is a 1/10. I bought it as a 16" from JT at the 1500 and cut it down to 5" and threaded it on my lathe. It works well with the berrys 147 bullets and a SWR trident.
