I was today years old when I learned I could see sigs viewing the site horizontally. I always thought it was a mobile vs desktop thing.

The nice thing about INGO is that there's local people and I can ask local questions. For example; Indiana hunting laws, great places to hike or fish or whatever. The rest of it is just the same old 9mm vs 45acp that you can get anywhere on the internet, so the appeal to me is really local & general information. When I need something really specific on a particular thing where people go overboard and geek out on something I go to snipershide for PRS/Long range shooting & reloading questions or Rimfirecentral if my 22lr's aren't working quite right.

No. It was created by a disgruntled member of a more public forum and he promised it would be as moderation free as possible. The down side is it is semi private and new meat is scarce.
