An H&K VP9 Optics Ready with night sights followed me home today - along with a $200 promotion from the H&K Store.

That’s the pistol and 7x 18-round magazines for about $850… not too bad considering H&K’s pricing shows they’re pretty proud of their stuff…

Now to go shoot it.

I've been tempted a few times to get a VP9 OR. I've seen some very tempting deals. I just haven't pulled the trigger.

I got a coupon code and ordered the magazines today. I got four 17-round magazines for $14 shipping. That’s the optics ready pistol with night sights and seven magazines for a total of $823.

I put my Surefire X300 Turbo light on it and it fits perfectly in my PHLster Enigma Express.

Culmination of parts here that's came to completion of a gun that I never had intentions of owning. Bought a factory G43 stripped frame from Big Tex for $20 over a year ago. It sat. Then a few weeks ago bought a complete factory 43x slide from a member here. Then purchased the factory lower parts kit, 2 factory mags and a Vickers/Tango Down +2 baseplate for one of them. Haven't put any rounds through it yet. Once it's vetted the wife may make it a purse carry
