    HB 1240 & SB 5265.

I'm not surprised by this coming from this mega-liberal state; however, there are many folks living there on the east side that are not. Including many Sheriffs that will not uphold this.

I used to live and work in eastern Washington State, and let me tell you east of the cascade mountains is a different world. Very conservative, but overrun by the more votes on the west side of the state (Seattle, Vancover) . This is why the liberals run all legislative power in WA.

They first went after the hi capacity magazines. It was only a matter of time before they went after the guns. I’m just surprised at how quick they were able to ban the guns.

This part of the bill is ridiculous ...

The legislation further defines assault weapons as “semiautomatic rifles with an overall length of less than 30 inches; conversion kits and parts that can be used to assemble an assault weapon or convert a firearm into an assault weapon, if the parts are in the possession of or under the control of the same person; semiautomatic centerfire rifles that have the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and have one or more additional features listed in the bill; semiautomatic centerfire rifles with a fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than ten rounds; semiautomatic pistols that have the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and have one or more additional features listed in the bill; semiautomatic shotguns that have one or more additional features listed in the bill.”

Agree with IU Kalash429 it’s a shame that such beautiful country is being run into the ground. This photos F6DA37E4-4FE4-4A8F-B76A-F6DD8C543A5F.jpeg I took back in 2019 while living there.

Stupid libtards deserve stupid laws! And we know you just can’t cure stupid when it comes to gun laws! :horse:
The problem is that the libtards are forcing this crap on people that live outside of the city. City dwellers should not be able to mandate laws outside of the city limits. Rural conservatives have no realistic representation when city libtards vomit emotion at the ballot box
