Not much of an AAR, just a few thoughts:
I rolled in at exactly the appointed time and the class started (Had planned to be 10 min early, but ran into some unanticipated road construction.).
I don't recall the instructor introducing himself (Unless I missed it in the time before the class started).
Breaks were well spaced. Meeting room was decent.
At the end we went around the table and shared the most interesting thing we learned.
Although we finished early, but there wasn't any Q&A time. Would have been nice
I'll just say that if you buy into evolutionary psychobabble the entire class should be of some use to you.
If not, then only the latter half on practical techniques will be of use.
I'd give it 3.5 out of 5 stars. It's definitely an important topic on which there doesn't seem to be much training offered. It's relatively inexpensive, and it's fairly easy for most folks to fit a 3 hr block into their schedule somewhere.
