I'm thinking of getting into the silent club, and I'm pretty sure I'll be going the trust route. My question is this, I'm liking the weather down south better all the time. If I move, to say Florida, how much of a problem would that be with the trust.

Not a problem but you may want to have an attorney in FL who does NFA Trust work review it and make any updates needed to comply with any FL trust law once you get there. Trusts are easily modifiable to suit changing conditions and such.

Thanks, I probably won't move, but I didn't know if it would be a big deal or not. The older I get the better I like warm weather.
