I still havent figured it out. i can drive about an hour and then it overheats and i have to leave it sit for about 30 min to cool down.

i had a ford once that blew the head gasket ...soon as it warmed up it lost compression and started loosing power ...Im trying to dodge that idea. I think if it was a gasket it wouldnt take an hour or longer to start to overheat and almost 2 hours to loose heat on the heater.
I hope its the pump or the fluid. otherwise ill have to put her down
