I'm not quite sure if I like it yet or not either. I'm not overly fond of series these days always using flashbacks, so the parallel story is so-so. Also if he's taken by Comanche in 1849 at age 15 and it's now 1915, he is now 79 years old and the character doesn't look or act close to that age. Simple match doesn't add up so far in this series.

We watched a couple of episodes Saturday night and I did the age math also. Major flaw when you look at the "present day" character. Since we don't have access to t.v. now that we're back home from vacation we will not be able to continue the series but maybe if it's on Prime. . .

Yes, he was daydreaming about what he'd like to do to the guy. I don't like the flashback stuff either. I also don't like it when programs do the 'x hours earlier" junk.

So far it's better than a lot of other series out there to sift through. At least this one kinda resembles something realistic. I'm not much for sci-fi, zombies or stupid sit-coms. Don't even go into reality shows...

I'm still liking it too, more and more as the story unfolds. I'm also now enjoying the flashback parallel story. I agree about the fantasy/zombie crap. The only other show I'm thoroughly enjoying is the original AMC turned Netflix Longmire series.
