The 365 is still tough to find in shops . . . for long . . . and the guns that have appeared in the classifieds have gone before I could make a try for them!

So I have gone back to carrying the P239 for the summer. I got a new kydex holster for it that is canted. It is carrying pretty nice.
Makes me wonder if I should try to buy another one before they are all gone since they have been discontinued... maybe a .357 Sig.

Get one identical to what you have and an identical holster for your support side. Then carry both.

You are just not going to believe this b/c of the rarity of availability and/or full-bore pricing on the 365. (Theirs was $699)
I was in Westfield today on Route 32 at Tim's Shooting Academy and they had a Sig 365 in the rental area! :ugh:
    I was astounded! :dunno:

I read a good article on their Virtus rifles the other day... maybe I will look at one next time I am not sure what I need.

Parabellum in Avon has one on their rental wall (or had). That's how I know I want one!

Yep, I think I mentioned up thread that Point Blank in Greenwood had one for rent as well. Buddy rented it a month ago and the 4 of us in the group all took turns with it. Impressive little gun. If they can get past the initial issues, I think this gun will be a winner.

The "Sig"ness has stuck hard ! I'm in love all over again ..... with my P220 Elite ASE (a TALO exclusive with an alloy frame). The aluminum alloy frame allows the Elite to drop almost a 1/2 lb. from the total weight. It's a full-sized metal and wood gun that can be carried !

The alloy frame makes huge difference in weight. All stainless Sigs are pigs! On the other hand, that extra weight makes them a pleasure to shoot.
