Congratulations, I am always glad to see someone be able to get what he really likes.

In the 70's, A 6" Python and a Gold cup were two things you were proud to have in your Pachmyer bullseye pistol box. A Unertl spotting scope on the bracket was the icing on the cake. That set up was way difficult to afford, but once you got it, you were proud.

I don't have the Python or the Gold Cup anymore, I don't even have the pistol box or the spotting scope, but I am glad I had a chance to enjoy them at that time in my life.

I hope you really enjoy yours.

The Pachmayr Bullseye box is in the collection as well. I just finished redoing this, I am however missing the Unertl spotting scope.

A Manurhin MR73 is on my wish list. I fell in love with one at the NRA show last spring.

I am a fan of revolver aesthetics from most manufacturers, but I have always gravitated towards Rugers. I think that it is the combination of the subjective good looks, and the objective toughness of their revolvers that appeals to me.
