I had one for my 2 pittys before this one and got the upgraded version for this one. As long as the collar battery is good and the controller is plugged in there's no way they can get out of the area.

I started my last pair at 3 months. Started at 2 months with the one I have now.

I used to see commercials for an "electronic fence" app that works with your phone. IIRC it was kind of expensive. Basically it was a GPS shock collar that would activate if your dog tried to leave a pre-defined area that you set up on your phone. The advantage to that was that it was portable. I was thinking it would be great for camping.

Yes, you can adjust it from 20ish feet to 100 feet max from the controller.

Mine impressed my neighbors and they both bought one for their dogs. They're very happy with them. The dogs aren't really as they can't run here and play with Gunner anymore. I take him over so they can play once a week or so.
