sweet relish and lots of Hungarian paprika
sometimes a little finely diced Vidalia onion
I did use sweet relish. Mine is about a 1:3 ratio of mustard to mayo, sweet relish, cayenne (probably only a little less than 1/8 tsp for 6 eggs), a little seasoned non-salt, and then paprika of unknown origin (other than Kroger) to garnish.
