    This was pretty mild. I put some olive oil and lemon pepper seasoning on it. You want it done but not overcooked, if you overcook it, it gets fishier. I like a good cod fixed the same way, but it is too expensive any more (for non china cod)

    The only way I've had it that I liked was when it was in a creamed spinach mixture of some kind and baked. Salmon Florentine maybe?
