Cause he is right. The people who actually were involved have stated openly that Phillips ignored directives and got himself into that mess. They also said he was not a brave man at all.

read at the end of the movie one of the "pirates" is house in our dear state of Indiana, in Terre Haute.

I knew the truth and the movie were far from the same. But just let me watch it without interrupting every 2 or 3 minutes with something you heard or read!!

Not always but usually. These are both systems I installed over 4 years ago. I stated on start up that they need to be looked at every 2 years minimum. Some never need it but some do.
I will most likely find dirty filters on top of maint. issues. Standard operational procedures just like their cars. If it starts, drive it. If it is acting weird, ignore it. If it is making a noise, turn up the music.
When it breaks from all of this tell everyone it is a POS and never buy one......
